While most of these apps provide hints on how to stay fit, some others are very useful and once you get the hang of it, you might start noticing some real difference in your lifestyle! So take a look at some of these apps.

iFitness: You know how desperately you want to become fit and have all those marvelous abs and biceps. But it so happens that you don't know the right exercises and trying out anything at random is not such a good idea. On the other hand, hiring a personal trainer is very expensive.
